We began coming to Sullivan County in 2001 after 9/11. Like many people, we started coming up as a release from the city, but over time we came to the area to be a part of the people and places that make up this amazing community.

In 2016, after watching the area go through tough times, we decided to invest in revitalizing Jeffersonville. Rather than buying existing businesses, we have focused on buying unoccupied land or underutilized buildings that were no longer contributing to the vibrancy of the Village. Our goal has been to launch new businesses that enhance the quality of life for locals and visitors alike. By making the heart of Jeffersonville stronger and more vibrant, we can create a better community for everyone.
